YEREVAN. - The resignation of the Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan will lead to no serious changes, since the changes in the system are not conditioned by a change of personality.

Secretary of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary faction Aram Manukyan told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am on Tuesday.

In his words, the country needs changes in the system, while one individual cannot go against the system. ''This is another change of a personality, and not an approach and a program. The change of an individual in this system will result in neither anything good nor any changes.  For this reason I saw no one in the society who would hope that this change in Armenia will result in changes in the combat against corruption and monopolies,'' Aram Manukyan noted.

To the question why the authorities made that step seven months before the parliementary elections, the MP said: ''Ask them.''
