Tehran is not holding talks with Washington on regional issues, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi stated.
According to him, Iran and the U.S. do not conduct consultations or negotiations on regional issues, thereby, disproving messages that the Iran's Foreign Minister and U.S. Secretary of State discussed a question of ceasefire in Syria, Irna reported.
