Albert Dallakyan, who received severe injuries in Artsakh in June, continues receiving treatment in the rehabilitation center of the Red Cross. There are positive changes, though a few, registered in his health condition. Albert started walking, straining all his muscles. However, the treatment have not recovered his memory, tells Albert Dallakyan’s mother to the News.am

Even doctors do not provide a clear answer what can be expected in Albert’s case. Albert was injured in head in Artsakh. Initially, his parents did not know in what condition he was injured. Later, they find out, that Lieutenant Avag Nakhapetyan shot him. Initially, the Dallakyans knew that their son was shot accidentally. However, recently they have learned from the unit that the lieutenant was " playing " with different weapons and shot him .

Only after the publication made by the  NEWS.am, Nahabetian’s mother visited Albert and tried to convince her that it was a careless action, and that their son did not have a will to shoot Albert. "70 days have passed. Where were they? His mother came to the Red Cross and tried to convince me not to file a complaint ... I sent my healthy son to the army. He served well in the four-day war, then left the frontline to have a little sleep, but was shot in the head, " says Armine.

In fact , Avag Nahabetian’s mother was the only one who visited  the Dallakyans during that period. No one has come to see Albert from the military or defense ministry till now and offer an assistance.  Moreover, parents of Albert applied to Seyran Ohanyan for an assistance but received a denial.

In it important to note, that there has been initiated a criminal case against Albert Dallakyan in regard to Albert Dallakyan’s injury under article 373 of the Criminal Code ( violation of rules for handling the weapons , ammunition , radioactive materials ,  dangerous devices, liquids, and explosives. )
