YEREVAN. - The process of licensing online games with cash prizes will become more complicated in Armenian starting from 1 June 2017.

First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan said the aforementioned in the parliament on Thursday, introducing the draft amendments to the Law on Licensing.

According to the bill, the online games with cash prizes will be licensed on the same level of complexity as ordinary casinos.  It is proposed to put the law into effect since 1 June 2017 in order to give the business time to get used to the new and more stringent conditions.
