Governor of Syunik region of Armenia Suren Khachatryan renovated the regional administration building at his own expense. NEWS.am correspondent reports from Kapan.
They fully renovated the facade, as well as several offices in the building. All and all 60 million drams (about $ 165,000) were spent.
