YEREVAN. – The current changes being made in Armenia are not a change of persons; they are changes of program provisions that stem from the constitutional reform.

Vahram Baghdasaryan, head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia National Assembly Faction, said the aforementioned at Friday’s parliamentary briefings.

In his words, the authorities stand ready to listen to all criticisms.

“But at the same time, we are ready to begin our work, since changes are not an end in itself,” added Baghdasaryan. “We have stated several times that there are problems, and we have no time to slow down. We are simply obligated to implement the reforms with a new manner, by way of new programs.”
