Workers of Hradzan town branch of HayPost, the official national postal operator of Armenia, staged a protest on Monday.

The workers told Armenian News – NEWS.am that in the HR Department they were verbally notified on that about 15 employees will be sacked starting from October 1.

"They offered to move to Sevan for work, saying that the Sevan branch will henceforth render services to Hrazdan. In a nutshell, they don't name the precise reason. Some of us get 70,000 AMD salary. More than the half will be spent on the road to Sevan. We son't survive with the remaining amount," the angry employees said.

The redundancies will also be applied to security car workers and drivers.
