The 7th “White Cane” International Charity Festival will be held on Thursday in Moscow.

As a result of the professional’s choice from the Ministry of Culture of Armenia, the country will be represented at this year’s event by Gor Hambardzumyan, a Classical Vocal Section pupil at the Spendiaryan Music School in Yerevan, the capital city.

The main objective of this festival is to reveal the creative potential of blind and partially visually impaired children, assist in their full integration into the current processes, and contribute to the formation of a positive moral and psychological climate for these children and the overcoming of respective stereotypes.
