Turkey is shocked. Azerbaijan canceled the visa regime for Turkish citizens, when the nationals got a visa on the border.

According to the new decision, Turkish citizens should apply to the Azerbaijani Embassy to get an entrance permission to fraternal Azerbaijan, Haberurk website reports.

Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Press Secretary Elkhan Polukhov confirmed the information and stressed this procedure is applied around the world.

Turkish mass media calls this decision a cold shower by fraternal Azerbaijan.
