Turkish President Erdogan was resentful at Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

“The Iraqi prime minister is insulting me, first know your limits,” he said, Reuters reported.

His reply came in response to an appeal of Baghdad to Ankara demanding withdrawal of Turkish troops from territory of Iraq, in particular Bashiqa camp where Turkish Armed Forces were deployed. Erdogan noted that the Turkish army would not obey Baghdad's orders.
