YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, signed decrees on Wednesday.
Accordingly, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Lithuania, Tigran Mkrtchyan, has also been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Latvia and Estonia.
Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Press Office of the President that Mkrtchyan’s diplomatic residence still will be in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania.
