Head of the General Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia, in Russia, announced that air transport will be provided to transfer the injured, in the Moscow-Yerevan bus that crashed near Beslan, to Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, reported TASS news agency of the country. 

“At the order of the President of the Russian Federation [i.e. Vladimir Putin], air transport will be allocated to those wishing to go to Yerevan,” he said.

According to the Russian Ministry of Health, currently there are 5 adult and 4 child bus crash victims in the hospitals of the country.

The rest of the injured have been taken to temporary shelters in Beslan, where there are 27 people.

The North Ossetia Ministry of Health has opened a hotline (007-86-72-40-38-92) to provide detailed information on the crash victims.

As earlier reported, a passenger bus, which was heading from Moscow to Yerevan, collided with a truck, on Friday at around 4:30am, on the Vladikavkaz-Beslan bypass.

The Vladikavkaz authorities informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that 32 people were injured in the crash, and five of them had died.

The two drivers are also among the five casualties of this tragedy.
