YEREVAN. – Not to include foreign military equipment in the placing of state orders.

The aforementioned is noted in the procedure for placing state defense orders, which was approved at Thursday’s Cabinet session of the Government of Armenia.

In line with this procedure, military products that are manufactured outside of Armenia, or are repaired or processed, as well as procurements by middlemen, will not be included in the placing of defense orders. 

Under the respective document, the purchase price will be set through methods of state regulation.
