On October 21, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of the Ericsson Yerevan office.

Tigran Sargsyan stressed that IT sphere is top priority for the Armenian government, adding that activities of Ericsson in the local IT market will further implementation of state program.

Armenian Premier noted that opening of a new office will stimulate competitiveness and create an atmosphere offering an opportunity to unite educational institutions and state institutions in a single chain and provide cheaper services in all Armenian regions.

Ericsson has been cooperating with the Armenian operators, including ArmenTel (Beeline brand), VivaСell-MTS and «UCom».
