The government and opposition of Venezuela agreed to hold a dialogue against the background of acute political and economic crisis in the country, reports the DW, referring to the mediator of the conflict, the representative of Vatican Claudio Maria Celli. According to Celli the meeting is scheduled for November 11 in Caracas. It will be followed by a long-term dialogue on the following: one of the conventions will be devoted to peace issues, sovereignty, and legal system, the second to human rights and reimbursements, the third will focus on economic and social issues, and the fourth, on confidence-building measures and terms of election. On October 30, the government and opposition have promised to retreat from aggressive encounters.
