Farmers of Armenia’s Gegharkunik province freely transport potatoes for sale in Karabakh.

Governor of Gegharkunik province, Rafik Grigoryan, told the aforementioned to journalists in the parliament Tuesday.

In his words, he and the Agriculture Minster of Armenia met with farmers, who complained of the extra charges of suppliers buying potatoes for the army.  “The issue concerned this 20 percent. The farmers didn’t want to sell at low prices and the issue was thus solved. Now all the farmers who complained transport potatoes to Karabakh and freely sell them,” Grigoryan noted.
