YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia will again carry out licensing payment for the activities of the charity clinic of the American-Armenian Howard Karagheusian Foundation.

The respective decision was approved at Thursday’s Cabinet session.

Thus, the government will allocate 11 million drams (about US$23,000) to this end.

This clinic in capital city Yerevan provides free dental and eye care services to children from needy families.

Aside from a medical center in the capital city of Armenia, the Howard Karagheusian Foundation also runs clinics in Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Goris as well as in Stepanakert, capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh).
