STEPANAKERT. – Within the framework of his visit to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on Saturday paid a visit to the Stepanakert Memorial, in the capital city.
The delegation, led by Karapetyan and NKR PM Arayik Haroutyunyan, laid a wreath and flowers to the monument to the victims of the Great Patriotic War during World War II, and to the tombs of the martyrs of the Karabakh War, reported ARTSAKHpress news agency.
