YEREVAN. – Armenia continues talks with aviation authorities of the European Union (EU) countries, toward liberalization of flights. 

The Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technology, Vahan Martirosyan, stated the aforementioned at Monday’s National Assembly committees’ debates on the draft of the 2017 State Budget.

“We have to admit that flights from Europe to Armenia are expensive,” noted the minister. “It’s hard to promise that everything will be settled tomorrow. But [the respective] talks continue.”
