YEREVAN. - The Ministry of Economic Growth and Investments of Armenia has not yet received any alarms related to the import of goods.

Minister of Economic Growth and Investments of Armenia, Suren Karayan, told the aforementioned to the journalists in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia Monday.

He noted that they have received various alarms in regard to legislation and bank system, but no alarms have yet been received concerning import.

Referring the news circulated in media regarding the obstacles when importing banana to Armenia, which is linked with the name of former head of Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES) Mihran Poghosyan, Suren Karayan declined to comment on the information circulated in press.

“We have received no dissatisfaction from any importer on that they were prevented from importing any goods, or that this process was made more complicated or they were treated unequally,” Karayan assured.
