We expect to receive the development projects of all communities, by the year’s end.

Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on Friday stated the above-said, in Dilijan town of Tavush Province, during his talk with Governor Hovik Abovyan, and the community leaders of this province.

“We will give priority to the most promising [development] projects, where the community [itself] shoulders burden, aside from expecting that there should be investment, support by the government,” added Karapetyan. “And all this will be within the framework of the rules of the ‘game,’ with which we have agreed to move forward.”

The PM also spoke about the need for determining the strengths and weaknesses of Tavush Province, and developing respective plans.

The discussants conferred on the avenues for the development of several  domains in Tavush.

The Premier also asked about the state of health care in this province. Karen Karapetyan stressed that this sector needs a critical change, and instructed the minister of health and those in charge of the healthcare sector in Tavush to work together and submit a respective plan.
