Baku is wrong in not considering the factor of public diplomacy.

Armenian TV host, historian, writer, publicist, blogger and public figure Armen Gasparyan, who lives and works in Russia, said the aforementioned Monday.

Referring to the anti-Armenian propaganda by Azerbaijan, Gasparyan noted that growing an entire generation through propaganda is a counterproductive method.

''If your treat a neighboring state as an impudent cockroach which should be crushed, this will apparently only result in the growth of hatred.  This is a monstrous humanitarian catastrophe, and one will still has to answer for this,'' the Armeian TV host said.
