YEREVAN. – Armenia will submit its strategy for the export of industrial products to Iran.
Prime Minister of Armenia, Karen Karapetyan, gave such an instruction to Minister of Economic Development and Investment, Suren Karayan, at Friday’s Cabinet meeting.

The deadline for submitting a report on the respective work done is December 25.
“If we [i.e. Armenia] follow their [i.e. Iran] requirements on quality [of the products], we can occupy a large place, with our criteria, in this market,” stressed Karapetyan.
The PM also instructed to discuss, with the relevant sector businesses, the chances of establishing a free economic zone on the border with Iran.
