The Heritage Party is calling on the parliamentary forces to initiate collection of signatures to apply to appeal the constitutionality of the law on compulsory car insurance at the RA Constitutional Court, Armen Martirosyan, an MP of the Heritage Party, stated in Parliament.
He also applied to RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan. The aim of the law is to “rob” car owners and “fill the pockets” of some high-ranking officials, who are actually owners of companies licensed for car insurance.
