The Armenian Government has extended the VAT payment deadline for products worth more than 300 million AMD, imported by the Carolina Company, until 2013.
The company plans to establish joint production of natural juices in Yerevan and invest a total of €65 million in the enterprise. The company has signed a contract with the Tetra Pak Company for the purchase of two production lines and other equipment.
Reproductions of Martiros Saryan’s works will be used for packaging. A relevant agreement has been signed. The company plans to create at least 40 jobs, with average monthly wages of 70,000 ($194).
The Sargis Carolina Company, which has a wide experience, will organize the sale. The company also imports Russian vodka to Armenia.
Armkenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan pointed out that similar projects should receive wide media coverage and remain under public control, since favorable conditions are being created for businessmen.
