The 16th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia kicked off in Baku Friday.

The session must end with a signing of a session protocol between the two countries. ''We spent very much time on talks and solved a number of issues, which sparked complex debates. Taking advantage of this, I invite you to the XXI Energy Forum to be held in Saint Petersburg on 1-3 June 2017,'' Rogozin said, addressing his Azerbaijani counterpart Yaqub Eyyubov.
