Turkish citizens engaged in illegal business activities have been detained in Azerbaijan. The Ministry of National Security detained the persons who were doing business without any licenses thereby causing substantial damage to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies.
The Turkish citizens, Kaplan Onur Taksin oglu, Kitis Suat Osman oglu and others, were doing illegal business in Azerbaijan.
