On November 3, Azerbaijani and Turkish Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Ahmet Davutodlu met tête-à-tête in Istanbul, Trend News reported.
As NEWS.am reported earlier, the Azerbaijani FM left for Turkey on November 2 to participate in the IV Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA IV).
The representatives from Pakistan, India and all international organizations, involved in Afghanistan, will attend the conference.
