On November 3, the OSCE monitoring was conducted on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces in Tavush region of Armenia.

The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. No incidents were registered.

The monitoring was conducted by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Coordinator Imre Palatinus, Field Assistants William Pryor and Zhaslan Nurtazin from the Armenian side, whereas Field Assistants Antal Herdic and Christo Christov from the Azerbaijani side.
