On November 3, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received newly appointed Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta.

Tigran Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment, expressing confidence that his work will contribute to development of friendly relations between the states, Armenian governmental press service informed NEWS.am.

The sides discussed cooperation prospects in economy, education, culture, tourism, as well as expansion of inter-regional ties.

Premier Sargsyan and Ambassador Kukhta also discussed details of organization forthcoming high level visits and work of joint Armenian-Ukrainian inter-parliamentary committee on economic cooperation. The sides also stressed importance of organization of business forums.
