On November 4, the members of the UAE delegation headed by Foreign Trade Minister Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi visited Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and met with Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, press service of Etchmiadzin informed NEWS.am. The members of the delegation familiarized themselves with Armenian cultural treasures.
Karekin II conveyed his greetings to Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi III, who sponsors the restoration of the 13th century Armenian monastery Haghartsin.
