A criminal case was initiated today by the investigative department of Masis police, Ararat region of Armenia.

As NEWS.am reported earlier, on November 4, at 10:30- 11:00 a.m. officers of the Ararat police found a corpse of woman with traces of violence nearby the cemetery of Masis church. The woman was found naked near the stones with blood on them. Chief of the Ararat police department Margar Melkonyan, head of Masis police Gurgen Beglaryan and the experts have arrived at the scene.

The body was identified as Yerazik Badalyan, 42, resident of Noragavit district of Yerevan, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan told NEWS.am.
