YEREVAN. – “Armenian Renaissance” political party is likely to run for parliament without joining any political alliances, spokesperson for the party Edgar Arakelyan told reporters.

Asked whether they are likely to form a coalition with the ruling Republican Party of Armenia as they used to do previously, the spokesperson assured they would join if there is “a real coalition with any political force”.

“Armenian Renaissance” is led by Artur Baghdasaryan. The party was founded as “Orinats Yerkir” (Rule of Law) in 1998 and was later renamed as Armenian Renaissance when joined by Unified Armenians Party.
