YEREVAN. - Armenian Prime Minster Karen Karapetyan on Monday appointed Hmayak Harutyunyan a new Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources.
Prior to this, Harutynyan was the head of the Investment Programs and Capital Expenditures Coordination Department at the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources.
