The Red Book of Turkish national security strategy, actively discussed in recent days, is more like an action rather than reflection of reality. Disseminating the information, Turkey set a goal to open the tightly closed Armenia-Turkey normalization process. The point is Turkey excluded Armenia from external national threats in the recent document. However, no information was available that Armenia was among the states posing a threat to Turkey.

First of all, this national security document is top secret and is not published. The information on the changes in this document mainly leaks for a particular purpose. According to experts, Armenia has never been in the list before.
