Armenia has for the first time taken part in the 10th international tourism exhibition entitled “Tehran International Tourism Exhibition”, which kicked off in Tehran on February 6.

The press-service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Infrastructures informed Armenian News – NEWS.am that agreement has been reached with the Iranian side on Iran’s participation in the same format in“InTour Expo – 2017” exhibition, which will take place in Yerevan from April 21 to 23.

At the exhibition held in Iran, the organization “Development and Preservation of Armenian Cuisine Traditions” presented the Armenian cuisine and organized a treatment. The Armenian pavilion was visited by the delegations of other countries, as well as heads and persons in charge of tour organizations.

Within the framework of the exhibition, a meeting took place with the Tourism Minister of Lebanon Avedis Gidanian, during which agreement was reached on greater intensification of cooperation between the two countries in the sphere of tourism.
