On November 8, NKR President Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation with the participation of National Assembly deputies and members of the Cabinet on the issues related to drawing up 2011 state budget, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

NKR President noted that the state budget should be balanced, realistic and maintain its social direction. He underlined that the budget’s deficit should not exceed 3% threshold.

The President also stressed the importance of target use of the budget means that would safeguard necessary pace of the country’s development.
