The Wings of Tatev ropeway resumed its work on November 6 after 4-day break aimed at switching over to the winter operating mode.

The ropeway was constructed by the Garaventa Doppelmaye Group (Swiss and Austrian). Company representatives go on working at the ropeway.

The world’s longest 5.7-kilometer ropeway, Wings of Tatev, opened in Armenia on October 16. The 5,700 meters long ropeway got a certificate from the Guinness Book of Records on October 23, 2010.
