Another 27,000 ruble penalty was imposed on notorious Gelentwagen streetracer Mara Bagdasaryan for failing to pay the administrative fine in due time, Moscow news agency reports, citing the Spokesman for Moscow’s Savelovsky District Court, Konstantin Timoshenko.

In his words, the magistrate considered 12 administrative materials drawn up against Bagdasaryan on committing administrative offense. “As a result of the consideration of the administrative case and considering the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the judge imposed a punishment in the form of administrative penalty on M. Bagdasaryan in the overall amount of 27,000 rubles,” he said.

The streetracer didn’t appear in court on the hearing day, having motioned an in abstentia hearing.

Timoshenko added that earlier the judge imposed 8 more penalties on Bagdasaryan in the amount of 17,000 rubles.
