Buca regional office of the Turkish ruling Justice and Development party surprised the gathered at the event dedicated to 72 anniversary of Kemal Ataturk, founder of Turkish state.
According to Milliyet newspaper, a wreath laid at the monument by Buca office representatives was made of dry carnations.
Monument to Ataturk is erected in one of Buca squares.
