Iranian citizen Yazob Nezanav Kahitibostanabat was killed with hammer struck over his head. His corpse was found in a gorge near Artsakh highway of Goris city, south Armenia.

On November 13, at 3:00 p.m. Goris police department received a call Iranian citizen Samad S. turned to the police and informed that on November 11, at 6:00 p.m. his relative 50-year-old Yazob Nezanav Kahitibostanabat headed from Yeghegnadzor to Yerevan on his Mercedes. Next day his car was discovered near a parking lot in Goris city, but no information on his whereabouts was available, RA Police press service informed NEWS.am.

The investigation revealed that on November 12, 25-year-old Grigor M. hit Yazob Kahitibostanabat over his head with a hammer in a watch booth and killed him. Later, 21-year-old Ara M. helped him to throw the corpse into Vararakn river.On November 14, at 4:00 a.m. Armenian rescuers lifted Iranian citizen’s corpse from the gorge.

Grigor M. and Ara M. were brought to police. An investigation is underway.
