YEREVAN. – The government cannot force oligarchs to build roads in Armenia, Transport Minister Vahan Martirosyan told reporters after Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.
According to him, it is possible to agree on local projects, but the government only can deal with the national and international routes.
“Of course, there are many problems, but we are solving them, giver opportunities that we have. We are solving the problem at the expense of the budget and donors,” Martirosyan added.
