Russia will deploy two new S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems in the Arctic in 2017, Interfax reported quoting commander of the first air defense division, Sergey Moskvichev.
Moskvichev emphasized that they were monitoring the air situation near the border with Finland.
