Ankara and Yerevan are not holding any talks now, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated, commenting on the Turkish side’s statements that Turkey and Armenia entered a new stage.

If Ankara is sincerely seeking relations with Yerevan, it has to ratify and implement Armenian-Turkish protocols without any preconditions. If Turkey will not accept this way, Armenian-Turkish process is doomed to failure.

“Turks will be Turks, it cannot be helped,” Armenian Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan remarked from his seat.
