Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has cited the Russian proverb as an illustration of the talks held with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Sochi on Wednesday, Gazeta reports.

“During our meeting with Mr Putin today we discussed regional issues, and first of all the Syrian crisis. There is a Russian proverb, which I like very much: “What the heart thinks the tongue speaks,” he said, referring to the meeting.
