A part of the delegation of the Syrian armed opposition left the plenary session in the capital of Kazakhstan with a scandal, TASS reported.

During the guarantor states' signing of the ceasefire memorandum on creation of de-escalation zones in Syria, one of the oppositionists began shouting: “Iran is a criminal, its place is not among the guarantors.”
