If the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011 will be held in Armenia – it will be clear before December 31, 2010, Diana Mnatsakanyan of the Public TV of Armenia told NEWS.am

She said that Armenia is to apply for participation before December 31.

NEWS.am reminds readers that 12-year-old Vladimir Arzumanyan from Armenia won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Minsk, Belarus, Nov. 20. He performed the song “Mairik” (Mother).

Vladimir Arzumanyan was born in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Interestingly, after the winner was announced, Azerbaijan interrupted the broadcasting.
