Armenian citizen Goharik appeared in court on charges of promoting prostitution.

The investigation revealed that Goharik, who currently lives in Turkey, had reached an agreement with two prostitutes from Armenia and hosted them at her home last year.

Goharik provided “clients” to these prostitutes and took 50 percent of the “service” fee received from each client.  

Criminal charges are brought against her on the count of promoting two or more persons’ engaging in prostitution.

Goharik, however, was released on signature bond.
