The EU and Armenia intend to relax the procedure of issuing visas, Armenian Economy Ministry Nerses Yeritsyan and EU Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger said in Yerevan today. The Ambassador stated that the Armenian side should carry out major preparation work for relaxation of visa procedure.

“Each time when we facilitate visa procedure citizens of the third states use the opportunity to penetrate into Europe. We demand that it should be difficult to forge the Armenian documents and the border be controlled effectively. It requires additional liability,” he said.
