On November 26, RA Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan and EU Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger signed a memorandum of understanding under the government agencies development program in Armenia. Under the program the EU is to provide €32 million.

Minister Yeritsyan said that the memorandum highlights such fields and phytosanitary, intellectual property and border services.

Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger pointed out that the Baltic States have gone through this period and achieved success.

The EU is making an offer to Armenia, and it is up to Armenia to decide for or against reforming its social and economic life, the EU Ambassador said.
